you can send either way - I liked sending it via courier because someone has to sign to receive the documents and I wanted to make sure someone had them.
you can do via email and you will get an automated email back saying the received your communication.
Everything is supposed to be sent together.
I did not realize that your ECAS showed medical received - if that is the case I won't worry - but my policy is better to be sage than sorry. 8)

2nd thought, if CPC-M sends my documents to LVO, they definitely have to copy some documents along with the Medical Receipt attached that application kit, right?
Anyways my question is, Do I have to wait for LVO to contact with Principal Applicant, or I should send the copy directly to them? and Should I send the paper mail or can I just send a copy by E-Mail?
