Let's assume that the same officer works on their file. Will they receive their test notice closely on the same period? Or Person B will wait longer because he passed his application on a later date?
I understand that its a case to case basis. My line of questioning though focus on milestone mark. Both applications reaching the same milestone (eg. Transferred to Local Office) although the application date is different. Will both timing be the same moving forward? If person A and B have exact background, age, experience, education etc., then A will likely get the application processed before B.
