U received email aor such a long time ago. I think ur app is also in process too. U should check it out. Maybe ur case has been transferred to local office.
I have feeling that anyone who receives email ack wont have esas till we got test invite or we are requested to submit additional docs.
Hope that we will have updates w good new soon.

My application was received on the 23rd of June, Went into process on August 15th. Received line has disappeared but still waiting for further progress on my file... Idk what or when the next step will be.

I am in the same boat. AOR emailed on Sep 15 and no updates yet. Hope we will get the oath right away without need to write a test ;D

I don't know why, probably that's cic's new process. but I really don't know the reason, I never sent any email to cic.
I'm probably the first person on this forum who got the email AOR, so this email AOR thing is probably started after mid-June.

You are not the 1st one there is many other also received AOR by email. I received mine on 02 Sept and CIC received on 19 June. As per CIC call center all of these applications are "In Process".

CIC started to practice this to reduce their paper work. When they find applications with e-mail address they may opt to send AOR by e-mail. As or Ecas, it will come along the process moves further and might be visible once the test is scheduled..

same thing since AOR in email, nothing on ECAS or from CIC. As of what I understand our cases are in the "New system" so it "may appear in eCas" but no guarantee when.
