Am getting nervous now! That Personal Effects Accounting Document looks complicated... am I considered a settler or a former resident?
In the thread you quoted, PR card application form is needed, do I have to pay the fee in advance and bring the receipt?

Sorry for many questions!

Don't be stressed about the link I sent you ;D this won't me a complicated process... all I had with me at the time was
1.passport
2.CoPR
3.items list (companioning items and item to come later)
4.2 PP photo's
5.screen shots of my bank account balances on my phone

they requested 1, 2, and 3 only

thats it, you will be ask routine questions about family members if there were part of the application process and at the end you will be told "Welcome to Canada" 8) ;D 8)

you dont have to apply or pay for the PR Card, it's sent to the address you give them, in my case I was told to expect it in 2 months.

How many still left from June 2014 waiting for PPR after medical and RPRF.

There are still more for sure, some of which are not on this forum and others are just "silent readers". Don't let it stress you out too much, this has been a long and painful process for most of us but rest assured it will be worth it in the end, hang in there.

Hello All,

I have been quite for long time. I am writing this to update my landing experience at Toronto Airport. I landed on April 7th from India. My family did not accompany me, they will follow after sometime.

Officer asked me,
Local Toronto address for posting PR card
How much funds I am carrying - I answered it.

After this, I applied for SIN in the airport. Thats it . It took around 2 hrs due to big queue.

Hurray, now I am landed...
