I got RPRF request on Dec 4th but nothing today. Seems like everyone got RPRF request once again today but not me. I am not sure what's going on... dammm.. its so.. frustrating...

Once again CIC is giving different responses to different people. One person said the agent told them it was a mistake on the ottawa office end and another person is saying the agent said it is legit and cic could not make such a mistake....so confusing. I think if you've already paid it before just send your receipts again and proof of payment.

Seems like someone deleted our June spread sheet. Does anyone has a backup copy.

I don't think RPRF trigger is system error. I haven't got RPRF request today and got on 4th December. I think who ever made RPRF upfront with out the RPRF request they got it I guess.

My boyfriend didn't pay upfront and he received the request today. He paid it back in November. CIC did confirm it was a mistake and are now sending out e-mails to the people who received in in error telling them to disregard it.

Some of Sep2014 applicants received this.

"This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa.

Please disregard the previous request for payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee sent on January 18, 2016. That email was sent to you by error.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this might have caused.

Another RPRF request here. I've paid mine upfront 4 months ago.

i got my rprf request today as well. This is the first thing i got from cic after AOR in August 2014.Should i get my medicals done soon or should i wait for their email ?

Just know I got the 2nd email regarding RPRF...
That was an error..

Received 2nd RPRF too. I have always been very negative toward CIC. Reality just continues beating our imagination. I replied to them "f*uck you ver much" and luckily Gmail doesn't filter dirty words.

Now my question is what is the probable timeline after this? I have not received any Medical request yet.


BTW who removed our June CEC spreadsheet? does anyone has latest backup? It would have been handy to analyse the data roughly how long does it take after the RPRF fee payment.

Oh ho so in this case my payment is considered valid or not? CIC issued official receipt and I made payment at the end of day and transaction still went through.
