I completed my landing yesterday at Rainbow Bridge, Niagara. It was a smooth process
The weather was not bad yesterday.
I went along with my wife and two kids. The bridge is accessible to stroller, so i had no issue walking with my kids.
The whole process took around 1.5 Hour.
This forum was very helpful. Thank you so much everyone!

And after the rprf , pcc and imm5669e in the last week, I have been requested another medical examination but this time the email came from the office in my city(new delhi, India).. has anyone else got this query ?

Hi,

Yes...I also received the medical reassessment request from Delhi on Dec 23rd and completed the medicals too...they will do only X-Ray related tests.

Hi guys,

tomorrow is my landing day! I am going to fly from UK (where I live now) to Calgary.
I will tell you about my experience, once everything is done (hopefully...!).

Will be a short landing for me as I will stay one week only.

No update in my ECAS, I also received the new PCC from India and imm form request on Dec 04, 2015 and was submitted the same too.

MP can only send an inquiry and get back the info on the status of your application. Nothing more. This what currently happened to me.

I met a liberal MP yesterday afternoon during a private event and I had the opportunity to speak few minutes face to face with him explaining the situation of the pre-2015 CEC applicants. This MP is directly involved with immigration processes and the recent process for the refugees. He stated that they are well aware of the delay that CEC applicants are facing, but there is nothing that they can do at the moment.

Clearly at the moment the priority of the current government are the refugees, that was part of the promises they made before the elections. After that everything may happen, from a new revision of the EE criteria to a faster process of pre-2015 CEC applicants.

Unfortunately we're "casualties" caught in between immigration policy changes. Moreover we're not really interesting for them because our current status does not interest their voters.

We just need to keep up, be patient and wait for our applications to be processed step by step.

I am Permanent Resident now!
So everything went pretty linear even though they were a bit rude, nothing to be worried about though. At the passport check as soon as we said we were there for landing they sent us straight to the immigration office.
The guy at the immigration checked our paper and corrected some errors on COPR which I informed CIC before. I just shown him the mail from CIC telling that corrections were going to be made at POE and he didn't questioned further. Just asked when we first entered as workers to see if we were saying the same he had on the system.
The thing that annoyed me is that once I told I was going to stay for just one week, he said they were not going to send the PR card and that I should make request when we will move permanently. Now I will have a problem for coming in next time
After this we picked up our luggage and went to CBSA for the list of items. They didn't even considered the accompanying one. The guy was rude as he asked for the list of items to be delivered and I showed him the accompanying,clearly my mistake but I don't see the need of acting this way considering one comes from hours of flight. Just keeped calm said sorry and everything was fine.
He tooked a copy of the document and gave me the original.
After that out in the lovely cold of Canada and enjoyed a good burger and beer as PR!

Medical results have been received.

Its good sign, i got below addition line when VO started looking at my file and then some movement happened.

Today I got one more line in my ECAS
