Hi All,
I received PPR on 3Dec.
But unfortunately my passport is held in another work permit processing.
Can anyone tell me, how long CIC would give time to send the passport after sending a mail explaining the situation

don't worry, Normal time frame is 30 days to submit the passports. However you can send an email to CIC explaining your concern if you can't submit with in the thirty days , they will extend the date.

Hi Guys,

Finally some relief, I see 'Decision Made' status in ECAS.

My timelines:
Application Received: June 23 2014
AOR: July 1st week 2014
We started Processing your appl. : Aug 11, 2014
Doc Request: Feb 2015 (Schedule A form Updated)
RPRF Req: Oct 15th (Upfront)
Decision Made: Dec 5 2015

My question to all:
Me and my spouse came to India on a vacation on Dec 4th 2015 and I intend to stay for 45 days. Can someone suggest me the process of transferring the file to India for stamping? And is it a good Idea to transfer the file, considering my return date to Canada being Jan 17th 2015?

Thank you!!

Actually its for Police Certificate and Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669)

further in the email it says

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
You must send us the requested information by email within 30 days from the date of this letter.

Please reply directly to this email and put your application number in the title.
