Few days back I received the same email.. In the same email they mentioned that eligibility is passed now criminality and security is pending .. Looks like they are moving..

I have received the RPRF request today even though I paid the RPRF fee upfront in the March. I am about to send response to them with the receipt.

Your friend might have to send an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa and ask for change of visa office. Once the visa office is changed to New Delhi he or she can send it there.

This is what I understand, but I would either call the help desk or would wait for other member's opinion for confirmation.

Ask you friend to send email immediately to CPC ottawa (this mail id is mentioned in mail which he received) stating family members are in India for urgent reason and requesting for Visa office change. Ask him not to forget mentioning their UCI numbers, medical details and his complete details when sending this note.

I did the same when I received passport request where my family is in India and I am in Canada and got a visa office change email for New Delhi in 3 days.

I used below email requesting for Visa office change

Dear Visa Officer,

Subject : Request for changing Visa office for PR Visa Stamping for Wife (XXXXXXXXXXXXXX - UCI YYYYYYY ) and Daughter (ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ- UCI AAAAAA) to CIC NEW DELHI (INDIA) for PR application File no - E<XXXXXXXX>

I <Your name> would like to bring to your kind attention that today I received “Ready for Visa” request for my Permanent residence application (File no <your file number>) which I have submitted under Canadian Experience class category. On this note I would like to inform you that my Wife XXXXXXXXXXX has travelled to India <Date> for <specify reason> along with my son/daughter ZZZZZZZZZZZ which was finalized in last moment. Their stay in India is planned for another few weeks. Hello everyone! It's nice to see that applicants start receiving PPRs

I have a question regarding COPR:

I just received my COPR and noticed that 2 dates shown in it is inaccurate:
1. Original entry date; and
2. Last entry date.

Both dates above show my last year re-entry to the country when I was back from holidays. However, my original entry was in 2013 and latest one was this October.

I called CIC to do my landing appointment and the call center didn`t know whether it's a issue or not. He said to mail or contact directly CPC Ottawa.


Have any of you experienced a similar situation with COPR document?
