Have received new GCMS notes....

Criminality: In Progress
Security: Not started

Same old same old for 9 months now since I did my medicals.... The best part:

In the communication notes at the bottom it says:

"Text: Status inquiry received. Standard template response sent."

No words....

Thanks. They gave me until 31st Jan 2016 to land. i think it will probably be around same for you.

I thought it depends on 1 year from medical date.. so i was expecting perhaps March.. but i am coming back around Jan 10th so anytime after that works fine for me

Actually, that might be very well true because they received my medical on 31st Jan 2015

Received RPRF today.

Did my landing last night at Rainbow bridge. Very quick. No line up. Reached there around 9PM. However, officer in the entry lane back to Canada from US asked me why I didn't land at the cic office. I just made up excuse that it was 1 week wait. He was like I couldn't wait one week. And, in the back of my mind, I was thinking I have already waited long enough. Didn't bother me much otherwise though. Sent me to their office just on the left while entering Canada. No line up inside.
Finally, PR now lol.

I have lost the hope that I get the PPR this year as the back ground check still in progress. It mat go on forever.
Good that some people are getting updates. Unnecessarily paid the RPRF as paying upfront no use.

I think its the worst thing to do, however, no one would predict what's happening to our applications, the delay left everyone hopeless and waiting for any update even if its just a stupid line in ECAS.

I didn't pay my RPRF upfront, so yeah - you're right in the sense that it's at least some form of progress.

I've heard nothing about the BOWP. I'm due to leave next Tuesday but in all honesty, i've accepted the fact i'm not going now.
