I checked canada post no sign. I called call center this morning , they advised me to send an email stating passport is with CIC and not yet received the CoPR. so did the same. I dont understand why are they confusing so much.

Please mention in your email the name of the signatory of your Xpresspost so that they can track it

No idea, and no to requesting notes.

This is all i have to go off when i lookup the status of the application online.

We started processing your application on August 8, 2014.
We sent you medical instructions on February 14, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Medical results have been received.

I rang call center a few days back and got nothing from them, the dude just said 'i can confirm your application is in process' - thats about it.

My application status has changed to 'Decision Made'. I sent my passport yesterday and it was delivered today by Canada Post.

I sent it to PO box but still i can see signature even though it was not requested.

"decision made" is a good thing, you will get PPR in a week or so.
