Hello Guys,

Yesterday, i completed my 14 months and I called CIC and agent told me that my background check just finished on Oct 04, and everything is looks good. So wait this month. After that I also got an email from Local Mp state that "All eligibilities are passed for your file and it is in its final stage. It is ready for visa and passport will be requested from you shortly. We were advised that your file is expected to be finalized within a month." and today I just received the passport request at 11:06pm. Finally after long wait time of 16 months!!! So guys hope for the best..Going to send my passport tomorrow morning..Good luck!!!

Great news !! So can I just ask - the 16 months is from the date you filed your application ... And the 14 months is classed by CIC as the date the file was received/transferred to Ottowa?

Hi bbsos, I was feeling unlucky because everyone gots their medical request in Jan and Feb but not me. So i decided to go for upfront medical and rprf. I am not the second review bro. This is my timeline below:

Applied: 9 June 2014
AOR: 25 July 2014
Medical: 2 July 2015 (Upfront)
RPRF: 26 Sept 2015 (Upfront)
Passport: 6 Oct 2015

Congratz! what's shown on your ECAS? "decision made"?

I am similar to your situation, never received MR so I did upfront ME & RPRF.
Since I have left the country I am not able to contact a local MP. I'm from Visa-exempt country so I don't know what sign I should look for. My ECAS got 5 lines, not under second review, Police Clearance request from CIC in March, and nothing since then.

Thanks, my ecas still shows " in process". I think decision made only comes to show us when they sent you visa with landing paper. Hope you will get it soon.
