how to request the files ?

On the dropdown: *What type of information would you like to request?

Select: Physical File

I also included a note asking for all information on my application to be included at the bottom.

You needs to select electinic file. As they have more info then physical file.

Hi, I saw the timeline you posted previously and looks like you were 2nd review. I think that's why you got PR instead of requesting the physical file. There were a few other 2nd review applicants who also got decision made around Aug 19 and 20 like you did.

Finally finished all procedure at rainbow bridge and finished Landing paperwork now I can sleep in Canada best of luck all of u hope u will reach your next step this week

June 14 th application sent 1st August air recieved July 14 2015 mr recieved August 5th mr uploaded August 12 ppr request September 3rd passport recieved back and September 5th landing

No. They scan it and send it to you.
