I called CIC yesterday.

The agent was nice and checked my profile. He said my application is still in the queue for review. I had my 3rd line showing up in the middle of August. Not 2nd review.

It means 3rd line doesn't mean anything. Nobody has touched my application since MR in Feb. FML.

When you say review, I think its a review to make decision NOT eligibility review.

Who knows. The point is nobody touches the application after MR in Feb.

below is the response from CIC on a query for Medical result

Dear Sir/Madam,

Your medical exam results have been received by our office and your application is going through the required assessment process.

An officer will contact you if additional documents are required. Please ensure when submitting documents that they are still valid and will not expire within six (6) months as this will delay your application.

We appreciate your patience and keeping correspondence with our office to a minimum and up to date. In order to process request efficiently, we will not be responding to duplicate requests.
---
does this mean still i need to wait for 6 months to get the PPR?

No it does not. It is one the standard templates CIC personal use to reply to our queries.

It is good news that they confirm the receipt of the medical results. Also if any additional documents/details would have been required they might have mentioned that in the email.

Best Regards,

Just a tip: Don't request the notes. Request the files. They have to go through your application and collect all the files to scan them. This scan will include the signed file log and handwritten notes. Make sure to include a note from every adult on the application that they give permission for their information to be shared. After I did this we got PR 30 days later.

Wondering too. That way we could find out if our files have fallen behind someone's desk covered under an inch of dust without a single fingerprint since MR.
