Because you have received your medical request a few weeks ago, it means your second review passed.
Go enjoy your weekend, you will receive the passport request within the next 10 days.

No, you should be 1st review. Join us to send the letter on the previous page if you like.

I just did. I don't expect much but I hope they at least get a hint that its creating problems.

I saw a third line in my eCAS today. It seems a little strange as it says ' we started processing your application on July 26, 2014'. I had received my AOR on July 25, 2014.
Not sure if this is a typo or just in general an acknowledgement. It would have been encouraging if the year mentioned in the third line was 2015 and not 2014 .

Anyone who has seen something similar oflate ?

I had received my ME request on Jan 29, 2015 and I believe I was not under any further review.

A few other people posted the same thing on July thread, page 210. No idea what's going on.

I called this morning too, but the guy was not willing to open my file to check, his response was "they no longer have access to open the file and check any updates from there", I think he was totally lying. And he said they can only check the file when my processing time passed, so I have to wait till end of August or beginning of September.

Received Ready for Visa email yesterday
Here is my timeline:
2014 June 15 Filled application
2014 Aug 1 application received
2015 June 16 started processing
2015 June 17 ME email
2015 June 20 PRPF

I've got one question: CIC asked me to mail passport to the CPC. But I'm currently outside Canada/US. Can I inform them to make arrangement to have the visa issued at a local office? Or it is better to mail it directly to CPC from the place I stay in?

I believe that is just another error CIC made. Yours should be 2015. Confusing years is a common mistake that CIC can make.

You under-estimated CIC's messibility my friend. Two July applicants got 'We started processing your application on September XX, 2014' added, this week. Not only 'year' error obviously.
