June 2014 - CEC applications

It is more important to know that how many are still waiting for criminality or eligibility to pass. (major steps)
After that security check will start, which should be up to 1 month before PPR.
 
I sent email to them to ask abt my status. And here is their answer
Due to the high volume of correspondence received, we are unable to provide a status update to you. The officer responsible for your file will contact you if any action is required from you. In the meantime, please ensure your information is kept up-to-date, particularly if there is a change in your marital status or in the event of a birth or death in your family. You must also advise this office of any change to your contact information, such as a change in your residential or e-mail address.

Got my GCMS notes today.

No update. The file hasn't been touched at all.

You are not in the list, but I think your Due date might be 16-18 Jul, Can you please check in your GCMS note?
If you get GCMS today that means you applied that on one month before, but as your due date may be sometime now, no body picked your file before that. That make sane to me..

I know that my due date was 17th July but not sure why are we even creating this list. Thats why I didn't add myself in. What I would hope is if someone hears about RPRF or PPR from cic then we can contemplate something about our situation. I don't think this list is going to help us in understanding cic's pattern in any way. But of course thats my opinion and I don't mean to undermine anybody else's opinion.

And you are right that the GCMS notes would have been compiled a month ago and won't include the updates in the mean time, if any.
 
Most of my friends applied in July and all of them are landed immigrants now. Just now I verified their GCMS notes and due date is showing some time in September for every one. Since we haven't heard anything till now, I am just hoping if this due date can trigger something to CIC. Due date has already passed for many applicants and by looking at the treand this due date doesn't have any impact on CIC.

Its just for keep tracking the progress, also may be we can find some similarity of our application.
For a time being Let me add you in the list, if you don't mind. :)
Could you also please check other information in your GCMS note in fill in the below table. Also please request one more GCMS note today, which may capture the action performed by CIC after the due date. Thank you

Looks till June-22 they haven't finish our Criminality check. That means our application has stuck in the Criminality check department and VOs are just waiting for that. Lets see what comes in any new GCMS note.
