Hi friend if you play the fee means all is perfect .. You will get ppr .. I my thinking

I called cic again today and they said 13 month period is from the day Ottawa office receives our file and not from the day Sydney office received the file. Ottawa office received my file on 25th july. So, I "must" call them after 25th August they said.

This is bull**** - it clearly stated that it was from the time application was received on CIC website.

I know but unfortunately we can't really argue with them on this.

They just tell you that, so you stop calling them again and again...
They transferred my application on February 2015.
Isn't it funny to say I have to wait another year, while last month they almost finished all stages of processing and requesting docs for me?

80% of applications in the past 2 years are finalized during the first 12 months, based on statistics of forum, and now it is delayed a few months, not years man!
Let's bring some hope here, when people are getting PPR and medical.

Hi guys,

I received an email for Medical Request yesterday, but my online Status has not been updated yet. (This is no surprise of course)

I'm from a Visa Exempt country. Usually when it comes to Medical Request, there shouldn't be anything to worry about really, I hope. It should be a matter of time, right?

Application Received - June 16, 2014
AOR - July 31, 2014
MR - Feb 1, 2015
Additional Documents request - Feb 2, 2015
13 months completed - Today i.e July 16, 2015

After calling the call center today for the application status i am in complete shock as i was told to contact them after August 31, 2015. That is when my 13 months are done. WOW

Hi. I just want to make sure, if I am inside Canada now and want to apply for the GCMS note, so I apply for the free Privacy Act, not the Access to Information Act which one costs $5. Is that correct? Thanks all

My 13 months processing period was completed last week and I have sent an email this week to 'CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca' and got below response today. Just wanted to share with.

That's meaningless. They just perfunctory. Cuz I got the same response as yours.

Guys,

I sent an email to CIC to know about the status of my PR application today at 12:11 AM and got standard response today only, just 3 hours ago. My file got transferred to Ottawa on 25th Jul....means I should expect something mid of Oct (considering 15 months processing time) :o :o :o

They are not working that much fast on our applications..but responding super fast on inquiries...

I got the same word-by-word reply as above today. Crtl+C, Ctrl+V. That's all they do. I wish I had a job like that. But if I were to apply, I'd definitely be rejected for lack of relevant work experience.
