June 2014 - CEC applications

I am working in Canada now.I am applying the BOWP for me and my wife.
My wife is in China now. We plan to apply a visitor visa for her as the PR is not avilable in few months.
My question is how my wife can get the BOWP.
If she came Canada before BOWP approval with only the visotor visa, how could we get her BOWP as she will in Canada at that time?
If she came Canada after the BOWP approval, Where can she get the BOWP from?
If she stay in China and wait for the BOWP, will CIC sent the BOWP to her by mail?

I hope you are right but I think they are picking up only the second review applications and not the other ones. (the applicants who received medical in Jan or Feb)

Dont think so, because I received medical on 9th July & RPRF fees request on 14th July. Overall, June applicants are seeing some movement is happening, good to see...

My application went through a second review due to the fact that taxes from 2014 were not included in my original package I think. This is what I received from GCMS notes:

"There appears to be insufficient evidence to confirm work experience in stated NOC."

I just emailed CIC as soon as I got my NOA and T4, together with a payroll calendar report from my employer.

I don't have to do the medical exams twice, I think I received the email because it's automatically sent when you proceed to the next steps.

Hi friend,

This month I received medical and I send some document to cic on July 6 for live outside of Quebec . I called today to cic and now she is saying now my file file due date is nov 29 . I was thinks I will get PPR this week .. Now my hope is going down I am frustrated with cec process

From July to Nov 29th, 4 months not sure why is it takes so long for them to process the applications.
And than the total time taken for process will be more than 13months...

I also got RPRF request today, which I paid immediately.

It wont take much time( if your background is all good). I guess you should get some thing over weekend or early next week but before that ECAs should update we are starting working on your application on XXXX date.

What about mine still my ecas is showing "received file on second June and the second line medical result received . Not mention I start working on file some things .

It varies from Doctor to Doctor. I paid 190 per applicant, all tests included, and the clinic said they would upload results in 5-7 working days. I am checking to make sure they upload it next week
