employment letter dtd 29 may2013 confirm dates of employment, position title but not salary of $ LOE/supporting document appear to match lead statment and a substantial number of the main duties under noc code selected.

So looks like the salary and main duties or roles and responsibilities mentioned in the employment letter is not matching with the NOC code under which you have applied.
Try to send them a revised Employment letter if you can correcting the above discrepancies, looks like everything else from ur GCMS notes looks good and in order.
Since a review has been suggested in your GCMS notes the revised employment letter with the proper explanation should correct it. All the best buddy...

The VO is looking at the mismatch between your salary of $45K and the reported earning of $29K.

Is there a an explanation for this and if there is you should send a letter to CIC immediately.

should i send T4 for 2014 as it show all year income 54k (I RECIVED T4 LAST MONTH)and it is not requested yet.

Seems like CIC has extended their long weekend..no activities at all!! 8)

Anyone PPR / RFRP?

Just for info

According to CIC, it takes from 1-3 months to validate / pass the medical examinations after receiving from the clinic.

Now a days, work permit extensions are taking more than 60 days. Seems like CIC shifted their focus on TRVs.

Not correct, we did upfront meds on 20 Jan, Dr advised results uploaded 2 days later. CIC informed us of receipt 3 days later and eCas showed medicals received (passed) about 2 days later.

Well, medical received by CIC does not mean that they are validated by medical officers of CIC. When you see ECAS Medical Received that mean it is upload in CIC system (automatically) and they will be looked by CIC medical staff whenever your turn will come and that can take 1-3 months according to CIC and sometimes CIC also asked further tests or redo some tests.

Again, not necessarily correct because GCMS notes showed medicals passed on the day it was received

I agree with Amisnic, thats what it shows in GCMS.

Hi bro, Medicals are only passed when they are analysed by CIC medical staff. if they are analysed the same day your Dr upload the results then then they are passed the same day. I saw some times it took less than a month. I also saw sometimes CIC asked further test after weeks of medical received.

And if medicals are passed even after weeks or months then VO is not going write a new date in your file (as reflected in GCMS), they will just write passed next to the date they receive it.

Bottom line is CIC analysed all medicals after receiving from the clinic.

Mate, you quoted as follows:

"Just for info

I tried to say that this is not necessarily correct as in my case in happened within a week.

Where did you get the info - "According to CIC ......................"
