So I finally received my GCMS notes.

Unfortunately its not great news and my application is going for second review. The VO thinks my application under NOC code 1223 should come fall in NOC code 1415 (Personal Clerks) which falls under category C and not eligible for CEC and now EE so it's likely to be rejected.

I do have a Canadian partner so will have to look at a spousal application and go down that route as I don't think I will get a good EE score now that I am no longer employed in Canada and have a job offer as my Work Permit expired.

I just recently found out about this forum and wanted to ask some question here on Cec application- my question is I applied under cec in June 5th, 2014 and received AOR in July 17th, 2014 but after that I haven't received or heard from cic yet, is there any body here with the same situation like me? If so I need some advice please? Thanks!

Hello folks

I'm June 26th Applicant. Didnot receive my MR yet. I recieved my GCMS notes lately and found that they have not even touched my file after sending me the AOR. Is there a way I can request reason from CIC for not working on my file ? Apart from this information my GCMS notes doesnot have any other information worth mentioning. Am a bit concerned to know that my file was last actioned on Aug 2014. What to do now ? Any suggestions are welcome

GCMS notes will give clear picture on what is going on your application. Don't worry time lines vary application to application. May be your VO is on vacation mode? : :
