Hi All.

I applied for GCMS notes on February 05, 2015 and still waiting. Should I follow up with them as its been a month today (March 05, 2015) though February is a much shorter month that it has only been 29 days and it states 30 days.

I'm just getting impatient as to see if I am going for second review which I suspect!

Hi,

Make sure that the size of all attachments is less that 5 MB in a single email. I had the same request, I sent docs by email and received confirmation from CIC few days ago.

Did you get the confirmation right away after you sent or it came afterwards?

I got automated confirmation right away and response from CIC personnel a week after that my file was updated

That`s odd, you should get something like this "DO NOT REPLY - This is an automatic acknowledgement / NE PAS REPONDRE - Ceci est un ". Check your spam folder

That ok nothing to worry about. Sometimes you wont receive acknowledgement even though they received it.

If address of CIC was incorrect then you would have received an email back (Sending Error message)

Thank you guys for your response, yea it seems odd.
I sent my docs on two e-mail ID's one is CPC Ottawa the other one is sydney office because I sent my docs at Sydney office so I prefer to send my updated Docs there as well. But from that e-mail I got automated response and from CPC ottawa I did not got automated response.

But any way I am sending again.

According to me, you need one any Representative in Canada,..fill form IMM5744 put designated person as that representative name and they apply under Access to Information and Privacy Division.
