Have you ordered GCMS notes? If not you should...

Hi, I just call CIC just now and the agent told me that I haven't recieced the MR because there is a bit of a delay(didn't give any reason).

Should I still order GCMS and if so, how do I do that?

Thanks a lot!

"
at a minimum, the posted prevailing wage for the occupation and work location where the TFW will be employed; OR
a wage that is within the same wage range that they are paying their current employees working in the same occupation and same work location, if this range is higher than the prevailing wage. "

what is the second review? What is the time period for it ?

Regards,
VK

If the visa officer that take up your file is not satisfied with something in your application he may ask for second review. There is no time period,
it depends on what are they objecting to and when would they pick up your application again. For now just be positive to get MR
this week.

Which option should be considered Privacy Act or Access to Information Act as I have the below note.. Please suggest. I applied outside canada and requesting one of my friend to apply on my behalf.
