Hi

I have a question for guys who has received their MR. Does it reflect in your ECAS profile or it still shows that one line alone.. which says "we received your application for permanent residence on <date> " ?

Hi maxloner...It still shows that one line

We did our Upfront medicals in july 2014.

Hello guys. i got email from CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca. Request for police certificate. I attached my country police criminal check with application but didnt includes RCMP finger print thing. So is this a request for RCMP criminal check with fingerprint? Or do i have to submit my country criminal check again? Please help me. Thanks :(

Ill leave paragraph from email following:

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

Ø > Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, please provide a certified RCMP criminal record check based on fingerprints.

Please consult for detailed instructions.

The certificate must be issued no more than three months before you apply. So if your country certificate satisfies this statement then you don't need to send it again. But personally I will resent new updated one to be on safe side and to prevent unnecessary delays.

Thank you for your advice. ;). I have 1 more question. As far as i see other applicant, i will get medical request after this criminal record. Is it ok to take medical now and submit when it is requested or it will be better to wait as requsted? Thank you 8)

It's really up to you. You don't get much benefit out of doing your medical now IMO. But so many people do it so that it has become a norm now.

Thanks, what happens if there is document request? do we receive email? I did not send PCC for Singapore where I lived before 2014. They(Singapore) dont provide unless AOR is shown. I have the PCC now but I though any additional document is needed then we get the email/ Document request?

You have to list all the address where you lived since your 18 years old or past 10 years.. so i would say give details for last 10 years if you are over 28 years old.
All the addresses from canada and as well as all the countries where you lived over that period.

thanks for your reply.

According to me, There must not be any gap in time frame of different address in past 10 years. I guess that one very important thing that they are looking for.

Below is the list of Physicians who dose Medical Examination for Immigration purpose:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medicalinfo.aspx?CountryID=2042&ProvID=15205&CountryName=Canada&ProvinceName=Ontario

P.S. Before taking an appointment, call them and them if they are E-medical Enabled. If No, then try to go with Physician who are E-medical enabled.
