I have a question if somebody can answer it for me!! i am a june applicant. I am done with medical and paid rprf upfront. So now will be waiting for ppr. Supooose i get ppr at the end of march. But my passport expires in august. SO i want to know do i need to renew my passport before I send to cic., As somebody was telling passport should have atleast 6 months to expire???

Yes, You should change a new passport before PPR, because normally, they are going to stamp a visa for 12 months as Immigrant, So U can land any time between that time frame. This is a my opinion.

Similar case here... File received June 2nd, I have been in Ontario since my arrival and have dependents, however this is my 1st application.... Like I said earlier, I cannot figure out the pattern for the delay on getting MR. :-[ ... I guess all we can do is sit tight and wait for good news.

Validity of Visa is usually one year from the day your Medical report is uploaded to ECAS or in other word from the day your ECAS status changes to: "Medical results has been received".
