Got COPR today

When did you get ppr? And did you get a ready for email visa or dis the cope just come in the MaiL? What does your status say in ecas?

any june 2014 cec applicant got PPR whose medical request done in july 2015? i am asking this bcoz i am june applicant and my application was in second review due to which i got my medical request in july followed with RPRF request. all done but so far ecas has not updated as medical received and also didn't get the PPR :'( :'( :'( :'(

Sorry - to clarify ... When did you get the RFPR? You had a legitimate request (even though you paid upfront)
Or the blanket error message that went out?

It wasn't a legitimate request - got 2nd email explaining it was an error like everybody else.

I'm from a visa exempt country - that means no PPR and no ready for visa email.

The last communication I got from CIC was when they requested medicals almost a year ago - since then I only got the RPRF email they sent to everyone by mistake. This Monday status in ecas changed to decision made and 2nd AOR line was added (duplicate with a date one day later than 1st one). Today I found COPR in my mailbox.

Guys, Im not sure if it is a good news but,just wanted to update you!!
I am Jun26th applicant. I have got document request on Jan 12th, passport request on Jan 20th.
And Decision Made on Jan 22nd. But as Im not in US or Canada I was asked to email to cpcottawa to request for a visa office near me and I did.
so, now im waiting for a response for a visa office where i cn submit my passport.

I hv received update on visa change on Jan 27 and I have sent my passport on Jan 29. If I receive my stamped passport back within next 2 weeks Iam planning to land in a month via air. Guys any tips what do I need while landing ? Maybe the email from cic will be enough.

Hi no I didn't get any. Do you think I will ? All i am expecting is a stamped passport soon.
I got my Med. Req. On Feb 21 2015. I hv done medicals n the results were submitted to CIC around Mar 2nd or 3rd 2015.
so in the worst I will be asked to go for medicals if I land after Mar 2nd or 3rd right?

Yea i guess, and even if they ask medicals, it would just be a quick thing i feel, since everything else is done..
i was wondering if even reassesment changes anything coz its not the full medical .. but I havent seen any case yet about it..

Thanks hssam. It was a very touch decision to make. Personally I don't see myself having a great future in Canada. PR is a status but can't generate good jobs, houses, money, etc. Looks like declining job quality, soaring prices, housing bubble, currency depreciation and CIC are all Canada has to offer ??? And they attribute most of those to oil prices. ;D

That cracked me up for a while...lol just hoping they know their work has been a disaster (for some ppl).
