Worse Case Scenario CIC will say we were not able to Recover you File MR.Astro.CA , Please apply under EE, Rest we are happy to announce that we were able to recover your file and
and since we were not able to recover any medical of all the applicants and we will ask every one to pay the PPRF.

One thing is for sure,they will process our applications .It's just the rule that they broke that affected every one of us.
And yes we are one of those people who have to struggle for the status.

when I see people with fake job experience got their Status easily,then I think Cic is not smart enough to recognizing the Legit people with Canadian experience.

Hi guys,

I got PPR last week and sent my and my wife passport very next day. Today I got this below email.

Dear Applicant,

The processing of your application is complete. However, this letter is a reminder to submit the stated missing documentation within 7 days of this letter.

Missing Document(s):
o Original passport
o Confirmation of Permanent Residency (CoPR)
o Two Passport sized photos for my wife.
o Other:___

But I already sent my passport and I didnt get my CoPR. I dont understand. Did anyone get this kind of email. I dont know how to respond. Any guidance please. Thank you

Did you just submit your wifes passport photograph. Did you include a return envelope?

I received the same request do i need to include a return a return envelope? i already sent a return envelope when sending passport for me and my wife and have not received them.

Please note that CPC-Ottawa does not send out passports outside of North America.

I have received my passport and COPR last week. However, I havent received anything for my wife. Got the above email.
I am not sure if I need to send my passport & COPR back to CIC office or its just the photos I need to send.
I am little concerned here. I will be calling the CIC helpdesk on Monday, However if anyone had the similar experience before , please let me know what needs to be done.

Are you and ur wife both in canada and you both sent passport to CPC-O and they just returned ur passport with CoPR ?and asked to submit passport photo for ur wife?

I was just able to get into ECAS after it being down but no update for me. Still showing as 'in process' with the same 3 lines

No change for me either ... Was getting kind of excited expecting some kind of news/update.
What a sham of a process - they should be ashamed, the fact people are getting in through EE in weeks ...
At the very least we deserve transparency, true information about our application ... Not just generic messages.

I would forward this email to cpc-ctd-ottawa email address and mention in my email that we've sent passport on this date which was received by CIC on this date by MS Thomas per say.

Attached is the delivery certificate signed by MS Thomas. Please find an attachment.

I have sent our passport size photos, a prepaid return envelope and my Confirmation of PR again which you should receive within two business days.

Please let me know if there is anything else needs to be done from my side.

Also, make the subject line : These documents are already sent and received by MS Thomas OR something like that with application number and Canadian Experience Class

I have been seeing Decision Made on Friday and PPR on Wednesday last few weeks.. hopefully trend continues for others.

I got (false) PPR last Wednesday, and today I got email saying my CoPR was sent out yesterday (Wed).

Another week have been passed. I know getting PR is a privilege. But we have paid about 1000 dollar to do the processing and atleast we deserve transparency on the process. Giving no update for 8 months is just unacceptable. CIC should not be treating the applicant like shit.

JUst recieved my GCMS notes. It says

1) Eligibility - passed
2) Medicals - passed
3)Criminality - passed
4) Security - (blank)

I did my medicals on Sep 8, wonder how why they are delaying to issue the PPR.
