My ECAS just got three more lines added, nothing important but wonder if could be some sign ???

We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 1, 2014.

I think that is a really good sign, anybody else see the same update?

Have you contacted your MP ? How Do I contact him... first I need to call for appointment and then tell my case personally ?

No I haven't. I called an MP's office once and they said email them my case but I haven't. CIC just tells them the same thing they told us at this point.

Maybe give a call first if you want to try and see what they say. No need for appointment unless you want to visit them in person I guess.

Hi,

I am an October applicant and my Ecas also got (weirdly) updated this weekend:

1- We received your application for permanent residence on October 14, 2014.
2- We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 17, 2015.
3- We started processing your application on March 4, 2015.
4- We sent you correspondence on June 30, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.This is for my police check (they received it last week from the Consulate), my T4 (I am currently suing my former boss as he considered me as self employed, not employed... He finally agreed to make them) and my NoA (I had to wait for my boss to give me my T4, then ask the Canada Revenue Agency to reassess my taxes as I paid wayyyyy too much taxes over 3 years, but it might take another 3 weeks). I had until last Saturday to send all the docs, so I sent an email to CIC explaining that I already sent them my T4 and that my police certificate also arrived last week (proof from Canada Post attached tot he email) but that I had to wait for the Canada Revenue Agency to reassess everything before sending my NoA... Do you think they will give me some extra time to wait for them...? I only had 3 lines until last Saturday, and now I see that as a bad sign...

I got my PPR on 19th Aug. I sent my passport on 20th Aug. It reached to CIC on 21st.
Visa stamped on 24th Aug. CIC send it on 27th Aug. I have received on 28th Aug and I landed with my family at Coutts Border on 28th Aug.

Now I have to just wait for my card to arrive in December.

I thank everyone in this group for helping each other providing their current status updated.

I wish everyone to get Landed ASAP.

May be there might some good momentum on applications from 8 th sep onwards as the school holidays will be over by Sep 8th.
So i don't expect any news before long week end .
