Ask your wife to send you passport by courier at your address in Canada. Place copy of the CIC email alongwith passport in the envelop. I dont think there will be an issue. This is my suggestion.

LOL kama.. your suggestions would put other guys in trouble...

Hirdey,

You are not supposed to courier passports across borders.

I m sure, Passport can't pass international borders through courier.

Received AOR: Aug 5, Medicals done Feb 27.2015. My marital status got changed before medicals, I sent my spouse application as per CIC request in email. They didn't request any fees for the spouse application. My ECAS is not updated with medicals yet. But I requested the GCMS Notes in that Medicals status says I have passed and They received it. But No update in the ECAS. Shall I do upfront RPRF and Send the spousal fee form along with Credit Card information to move the process faster. Can anyone please advise. Any advise will be greatly appreciated. I'm bit worried. Looking forward to the reply.

Don't Worry......One of my friend has same issue...CIC processed his wife application and CIC ask for prossessing fees at same time with the request of RPRF together.

Hello June applicants, trust all is well, it's another month and hopefully positive results will be forthcoming soon... Hang in there folks it's our turn.

:D Update today!!! :D

1. We received your application for permanent residence on June 20, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on April 28, 2015.
3. Medical results have been received.
4. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

How will the office contact me, I'm from visa exempt country.

Applied on the 18th or 19th June,
Application received on the 20th June.

I had it int he spread sheet, but it was deleted by someone.

So, whats the next step. I assume that its a positive decision as I have not received an email or anything. From what I can see, as I'm from a visa exempt country it should just show up in the mail, right?

Hi Hirdeyjit,
Under which category did you apply for PR. I just wonder you got medicals within two months you applied.

HI Etzo,

What was the mode in which you got your Medical Request from CIC ?
Most probably you should get the next communication in the same mode an Email or my Mail containing the Decision on your application and the next steps.

Regards,
Vk
