Hi june applicants i got a question about the form IMM1295E ON PAGE 4 background information 2b have mentioned about your previous refusal of your visa in the application. plzzz respond. Because my wife applied 2nd time and forgot to click yes and explain the reason.

That can affect on your application you Should tell them the truth.

Did u anything mention about your previous refusal on cover letter or somewhere.

we did not mention anything but me put the UCI number in the application which we got in the refusal letter. we thought this number is enough so that they can track the previous file. Is it ok or is there any problem for the entire application.

seems like high commission is slow in processing spouse visas....

I dont know why they can give the visa right away like USA dependent visas... In this case i like USA.

I applied for spouse owp in Karachi, Pakistan, on 23 June. my husband is on a study permit in regina. I have been scheduled for an interview in Islamabad, in 21 July. Has anyone else also ever been called for an interview? Also, my medical isnt requested either.

many told like they are buzy in processing student visas for september intake......dats why no updates in sowp, i guess...its been 45 days that i submitted my application ...tensed
