june 2014 applications for spouse dependant open work permit from outside canada

we applied on june 2nd 2014 from vfs bangalore.....mine got rejected for two times....first in february and the other one in march..both were online applications...but for this time paper application....

for the first time we didnt get any refusal reason letter....but for the second time they told like they are not sure that i will return to india after my wok permit get expired....

my wife got only 1 reason for rejection

That he is not satisfied that you meet the requirements of R205(ii)c

its only because of my job. Now i got a new job in april which is in NOC B

Documents required from (Applicant):

1.Academic certificates and mark lists from 10th onwards
2. Experience certificates
3. Marriage certificate
4. Fund proof (You can submit 3 months statements of any Savings account with good transaction) or You can show the fund as Fixed Deposits (Please submit copy of FD receipt and Original Bank Manager Letter)
5. Property documents: In your local language and English translation (notarized), Affidavit of the person owning the property
6. Asset Evaluation Report (A report prepared by Chartered Accountant to show value of all your assets)
7. Original passport
8. Photo






Documents required from spouse in Canada

1. Course completion certificates and transcripts (If entered in Canada as a student)
2. Work permit
3. Employment offer letter/Contract
4. Employer reference letter
5. Payslips (atleast 3)
6. Bank statements for atleast 3 months (Please try to show funds of around $3000 - $4,000 if possible.
7. T4 or Notice of Assessment (if any)
8. Copy of passport

Hi,
can anybody clear my doubts. I have applied sowp online today for my spouse who is in India with kid 4 yrs old.am under worker status.applied pr and got medical done recently. My query is
is it must that spouse should be working in back home to get sowp.
I have shown bank balance, asset,certificates.t4,proof of fund,my work permit.
Will the decision is favorable. So much tensed.

Hi june applicants i got a question about the form IMM1295E ON PAGE 4 background information 2b have mentioned about your previous refusal of your visa in the application. plzzz respond. Because my wife applied 2nd time and forgot to click yes and explain the reason.
