When did you receive your SA?

Westie said:This might seem like a silly question. I can log into ECAS with my sponsors details, but not with any of mine. I've tried my new UCI number, file number and receipt number however it comes up that they are unable to identify me. Is anyone else who is an applicant able to log in with their details?
I don't want to miss anything that might not show up in the sponsors log in.

WoodyKatie said:Did you used your personal details like your birthdate upon log in? Sometimes the Ecas doesn't work properly. When you log in with your sponsor's details, you will be able to see both status (for you and your sponsor). If you log in with your details, you will only see your status as applicant. It's the same with what you will see on your sponsor's Ecas. Try to log in some other day.![]()
Westie said:Yep tried it all. I guess I will just have to keep trying until eventually they activate it![]()

scos said:That is how it works. If you filled out the use of a representative so the sponsor can see the application, then the sponsor will see both statuses. If you didn't, the sponsor will only see their own status. The same goes for the applicant. If you set the applicant up as a representative for the sponsor they would see both statuses. If you didn't, then they will only see their own status.
