Yes, it is mentioned that my file has been transferred to Islamabad and they also have given an address for further communication.

Is it a good thing or bad that ur file is being transferred to islamabad? coz most of the 2012 cases were transferred to CPP-Ottawa, and Ottawa processing time is far less than islamabad.

So now a big waiting time starts now, infact longest I guess for Islamabad applicants. I wish everyone here best of luck and I pray for everyone here that we join our life partners as early as possible. All the best my buddies

Eagle, this is the thing, I was worried about too, because, I came to know about the fast processing about Ottawa office. But in another thread, I met 3-4 different Islamabad applicants who got responce in 10-12 months. And I know 2-3 people who have been waiting more than an year for getting any furhter responce from Ottawa office. But to confirm, I have asked this question there. I would post their replies here. So what is your timeline?

I'm wondering, how will we know that the office that will be processing our visas for the 2nd stage has received our application already? Do they issue another AOR for stage 2? The SA letter states that our application have been transferred to the visa office in the country where the applicant resides, but is there any way of knowing they received it, other than E-CAS? ECAS is really late in updating. Anyone here has an idea about this?

I applied on 27th june, 2013 and waiting for SA. Well i am confused about it too, i am just praying that i get the quickest visa office whichever it is. And i dont have the choice of selecting the visa office either, do i?

Not necessarily they send you,

some members here say they received while the other didnt,

so dont worry if u didnt recive confirmation that the VO received ur app.

I got my SA July 5th,

before one week ago , i sent my VO an email, i asked them if they received it or not yet,

Just today they replay me say :::

Please be informed that the application has not been received yet in Tel Aviv.

Seem it take at least one month to arrive to ur VO abroad !
