I received my GCMS notes today and it is under "Review required " Sad
Here are the reason for review

#1. Income on T4 and NOA not matching, NOA has more income than T4
- This is not wrong according to me as I got some income in India during 2012 and showed that income in my tax returns hence notice of assessment has more income than in T4 ( t4 has only Canada income )

#2. Web-based search conducted - concerns found

- I don't know what they mean it here, is the search conducted on me or my employer ? our company has good website, I don't know what they found wrong!

#3. Letter of Employment does not appear to confirm the dates of applicants employment

- In my reference letter it says in general I am working in Canada since 2009, but other supporting docs I have given has details of each time renewal of my extension. Looks like VO did not consider that. Does new letter from employer with dates is required ?

Other than that they are fine with NOC, duties , IELTS, RCMP, PCs... seniors please suggest me how to go about now

When your notes were generated ? Did you provide your paystubs ? I would suggest you to email them 2013 T4 and NOA . Probably it would help them to review . I also sent my latest T4 to them and Going to send NOA too .

Dear Siridisai, is your file under review too? can you pls share ur notes/comments from vo

Did some of you guys take the upfront medical, while waiting for MR? Did CIC accept it when they received it?
Thanks.

hello everyone,

i've been watching this thread for a long time and this is the first time i'm posting here

application sent on June 26 2013
AOR received Aug 19 2013
medical requested on Feb 19 2014, and results are received by CIC in a week
additional document (original copy of police certificate) requested on Feb 19 2014, sent the next day
RPRF and BIODATA requested on Feb 21 2014 and paid right away

Now on e-cas my application is still showing in process and the last update was "medical results have been received". I'm getting a little worried because I see people who applied in July or even August are getting passport request or even approved application. From what I've heard getting RPRF pretty much means my application has met all the criteria besides medical and background check. Would there be anything wrong with my application?

Hi,

My self and one more June applicant "veronica79 " has also a very similar case like you. We have been requested for additional documents and We already sent but not heard anything after. ECAS says "In Process / Medical received" Although we see you sent around Feb 20 only where I sent on March 15.

I Suppose, in case of additional document required - Expect a delay as they don't open and process your documents immediately. They will take their own time to do it...

Now how long they will take is the question which we should wait and watch...

Regarding, getting RPRF pretty much means my application has met all the criteria besides medical and background/criminal check, yes you are correct on that. And to put in simple word, getting RPRF pretty much means possible reasons of application being rejected is due to medical or background/criminal reasons.
