Hurry decesion made and received ppr ...sending it today ...

There was reason for the delay in the process for my application, as my lawers assistanse sent the rprf payment and biodata to cic, after some days they sent a note stating they cant accept the documents sent by non autorised person. Anyway finally everything is good. One last step is pending.

sorry, I meant b4 u got your PPR, did they requested PCC or any other addtl documents? coz u said we have d same timeline, but i just submitted my PCC and proof of separation just this monday, so im assuming that caused delay for my PPR.

No worries. Even before that no addtl documents was asked. I did send my PCC with my initial application. Nothing was demanded afterwards.

I have couple of questions. Appreciate your response.

1) How many days did it take to get the passports stamped?
2) How big are the landing documents. I am asking this because I have sent a prepaid Canada Post Xpress post envelope which is couple of inches smaller than the A4 size. Can the documents fit in that envelope?

IF PCC again is requested from you then how you got PPR without submitting PCC ? I am asking because mine also was same case where they requested new PCC. Although I already submitted the new PCC,, waiting for PPR...

Apologies for the delayed reply. Yes, CIC asked me PCC from my home country again.
I sent PCC to them after receiving AOR in Sept '13 so I sent a mail to CIC ( reply to the same Document request mail) along with scanned PCC and Canada Post Delivery confirmation.
But I didn't get to hear from them even after 10 days. So, I applied for PCC again. The day I received my Pcc again I got PPR mail.

One thing i do not understand though. Got PPR yesterday, but ECAS has not been updated. It is still stuck at "We started processing...".
Not a reliable system i must say.

Mine doesn't show even the medicals yet. I received PPR. They are faster in processing, and do not worry about updating the ecase, I guess.

Hi everyone,

For those you sent their passports to Ottawa, how long will it take to get them back? Just to have an idea, btw am from Canmore, AB. The reason why am asking becoz my dependents are having a trip on April 17 and our passports will be send for stamping on March 31 or April 1.

Ottawa received my passport on Friday march 07 and the return tracker was activated on Tuesday 11 march evening and I received on Friday 14 march . To my surprise they have stamped the visa on my visa the same day they received my passport.

It's just 3 papers and passport , 2 corp documents both legal sizes and the other a4 size document for the instructions on landing

You should be good because they have folded the corp docs to fit in the envelop.

As you know, me too similar case like you. They requested additional documents along with medical (PCC) and I sent on 17th (Got delivered on 19th). Waiting for PPR now....Medical, RPRF, Additional document was requested on 15th Feb...

I sent Email to them on 21st that I already courier all requested documents via DHL courier and *** is tracking/AWB number.
