I have a little concern over recruiting a representative. Hope you can give me some ideas. I did our application including dependents. Do I have to send a representative form that was signed by my spouse. Form IMM 5476?

Also to add on to it , it also asks for ur representative details ...like if u hv a appointed a migration lawyer ; it will ask details of it as well...

This form is optional. You don't need to include this form, if you don't have any one representing you.

No, I don't have any representers like a lawyer. I am the principal applicant and three other dependents. So I don't need I guess. I was thinking that my spouse need to fill it assigning me as the rep. Thank you Iamroth for your help. This is a great forum.

Not far away from getting first MR in this thread.. Probably second week of February, it should start coming and this group will get busy..

Well said Boyzone ! ....May 28th guys already getting MR !! .... we (June) guys might start getting MR communication even in Feb first week as per the trend .....
