Hi guys, I know this has been discussed a million times but I can't get it for the life of mine from the CIC website and this forum. If I change employment after I submitted my application, I understand I need to scan my updated employment letter and email it to CPP-CTP-OTTAWA-TRV-VRT at cic dot gc dot ca. Where do I send the paper copy?

This address seems to be for police certificates only.
Does it mean they don't want the paper copies of my new employment letter/T4/Record of Employment and simple scanned copy would be enough?
I called the CIC call centre and the lady hesitated and then said to send it to Sydney, but as far as I understand the docs are no longer there.
