Just received my MR this morning. WOW what a huge relief.

83rpinto: I am sure that you will receive your MR in the next two weeks. I am more than confident. Because mine said DECISION MADE exactly two weeks ago. So I am guessing that you will get yours in the next couple of weeks.

Hi, I am going to apply under CEC shortly, but I have requested test report form from the IELTS office. It will take 10 days or may be more but my application is ready...can I send the xerox copy of my IELTS in the appliaction? My original certificate is also with CIC as applied for FSW2 in oct2011. Guys please reply

I think it's better to wait. CIC wouldn't bother find your certificate from another application and there is a chance that your application get returned because of incomplete material and you'll have wasted much more time by then.

Guys I have one question, I am going to apply under CEC with work experience from September 2010 - August 2011. I have t4 and NOA for that but as I was on open work permit, I took two jobs at that time and my NOA not only shows the skilled work experience but the non-skilled work experience (part-time) as well. Will it create any problem? Should I include the paystubs or t4 for the other work in the application? Please reply guys

ssparkles: as for the Saudi Arabia check, you can get it from the ministry of interior. however, your government might not be in favor of the Permanent residency application as they want their citizens to have one citizenship so they might ask you to give up one of them.

I don't think I tried from the Ministry of Interior. I'm going to look into it, however when I tried from the embassy route, I learnt that my embassy is supposed to obtain the clearance for me if I'm not in saudi and the indian embassy doesn't think so. So that's that. I have it in writing so that might help/

I think you need to send them the same mail as earlier, as well as remind them that you have sent this before on so-and-so date. If possible, try to attach the auto-reply from earlier instance.
