Yes under CEC I have all my documents ready. Just that visa office that I didn't know which one
Just have to pay the fees and they are good to go!

Application mailed this week, June 17. I wish I would have read this forum before sending it. Did not write the proper office name on the generic form where I want my application to be processed. I wrote instead CIO Sydney... will this cause any delay or do I risk to have my application returned? Please advice. I applied from Canada (Alberta) under the CEC, international student stream.

Recently, march 2012 applicant-toink didn't mention visa office but still he received AOR, check in march 2012 thread page 7. However, it is better to quickly send a letter with the corrected form along with client ID, name, surname, DOB & passport number would be better rather than worrying about it for next 2 or 3 months. At least you tried your best

Thank you for your response, I am planing to mail them a revised form along with IMM 5620 fee payment form. I did not write my name and address on this form, although I did attached a bank draft. These two little mistakes are stressing me now...ughh :'(. What visa office do you advice me to write on my generic form? Ottawa?
Do they always attach the extra documents you send to the original application?

I believe they should be able to attach your additional document/ corrections at any time that is why they say even in document checklist to inform them ASAP if your address/marital status...etc gets changed, so let's hope they will attach it, also write a simple letter explaining why you are sending these 2 docs, also I would recommend to tell them which date you mailed your application so that it will be easy to retrieve your application for correction

Visa office is your choice, If you are in canada(country of residence) & if choose this then you can write CPP-O (case pilot processing, Ottawa) or you could choose your country of birth (u need to check in website which office in your country process PR applications)

Still no updates from June 2012 applicants? Guys, make the waiting game some fun by sharing your experiences including as little as CIC credit card charges and return of incomplete applications.

My app reached Sydney on June 1st...I had not sent the PCCs with my app as I had applied but had not recd them...now my CC has been charged on June 19th....and I have recd my FBI clearance today (its dated June 19th). I have not applied for the Indian police clearance yet..as I have to surrender my pps and it would take 4-6 weeks to get them back wih the clearance - and I cant do that as I am travelling next week....so I will be applying for it in Aug when I am back in Canada...Now, I want to know if I should send my FBI clearance to Sydney now...or wait to get the other PCC and send them together later on.

Appreciate your answers.

It is really your choice, finally at the end you need to send them both. Just an info for you:
VFS is very fast, I applied last month end and got back my passport with PCC on 4th day, I was very much surprised!!!! BTW, I didn't mail it, I went to VFS and picked up my passport
