smvi, good job you've done with the spreadsheet, especially the color-coded rows showing the progress of each applicant!
For everybody else, and to keep us busy (if you're not already) let's share on any good books you are reading or have read: I recommend this one, coincidentally on immigration: <a href="http://books.google.com/books?id=DOMJDXAm2lEC&printsec=frontcover&dq=immigrants&source=bl&ots=8jJFZATbDB&sig=C-xE7VhVQ39vmUTeo0zgwJ8oMlE&hl=en&sa=X&ei=JY8ZUKfEJoqm9AS7_IGACg&ved=0CFIQ6AEwBjgU">Becoming a Citizen: Incorporating Immigrants and Refugees in the United States and Canada</a>.
It talks about how immigrants adapt (or not) in their new country, US or Canada. It's very interesting, you may learn a thing or two, I highly recommend it.
