hello every1,, I'm june applicant I've sent my full application package to CPM on june 14th and they receive it on june 15th but i didn't get any confirmatiom email that they receive it.. is this normal? also I want to know what does AOR means..
really this forum is full of good news but I was worried when some1 wrote that he received confirmation email......

hello farnardo...yes you won't get an acknowledgement saying they have your file when they receive it...all you have is your postal tracking receipt showing deliver....AOR=acknowledgement of receipt........once CIC starts to work on your file you will receive usually via email if you provided an email address an acknowledgemnt of receipt from them saying they have your file....usually anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks an approval letter or email will follows stating whether or not you are approved as sponsor......this approval like i said is sometimes emailed and sometimes mailed......and just to further confuse you....you may or maynot get an AOR......!!!right now they are working on the end of april and beginning of may applicants....also some beginning of june's are being worked on so I don't think you wait will be too long!!!

Hi Farnardo,

AOR means Acknowledgement of Receipt. I got it after 54 days others got it after 30 days and some got it after 90 days it depends on the bulk of applications it vary. As long as you know that it's delivered to them it's ok welcome to the waiting game! Good luck!

We got a reply today by email and our first stage is complete. We have been accepted for sponsorship!!!
My file is being transferred to London VO!!!
I'm so excited right now!!!

I can't still see my status on e-cas Did you use the details of the sponsor or sponsored person? and the UCI no. has a hypen in it? coz when I type the 8-digit no. it says that I have to put hypen in between the 4-digit

I jst have another question I've read some1 asks if there any problem with option c printout for it written my taxes as a single.. do u think it's a problem.
I came here to canada as a family immgration so all my offcial papers was listed as a single coz I got my visa before getting married. ..
I don't know anything am too afraid that if may effect my sponsorship application.. really am confused

were you single when you filed your taxes for the 2011?.....my option c was from the 2010 taxation year...and has me as separated...i got divorced and remarried in 2011 so I don't think that is going to be an issue....

guyys quick question for y'all....DId ur status on ecas change to in process, or did it go from application recieved to decision made??

mine went right to decision made and when I clicked that it said.....a letter was mailed to you.....so I had to wait until the letter arrived which was only 5 days....thank goodness

Hi .It will take time for ecas to be updated..Mine was updated after four days.. N there is no hypen in UCI number. I dont add any hypens in between...

This is what's on the ecas:

1.Client ID Number/Unique Client Identifier has four (4) numbers, a hyphen (-), and four (4) more numbers. (Example: 0000-0000).

Without hypen works for me. Infact if i add hypen,its gives me error..Strange ...
