yayyyyyyyyyyy,, I received AOR at 4:00 am on August 17... I'm so happy right now
but do u guys know how to check my application status online coz it doesn't work with me at all
& which number shall I use . my UCI or the file number they gave me?????

i'm backlogging the earlier pages and am surprised some applications submitted early June has gotten their acknowledgement and in some case even the sponsorships were approved!!!! now I hope we would all be able to get good news earlier than the current estimated time, but could anyone enlighten me how the AOR is issued? do CIC send it to the sponsor's address? or email?

if you receive an AOR it is by email....aor's always seem to be hit and miss and sponsorship approval is either email or snail mail....depends on the agent handling your file whether it is email or snail mail......and if you do get an aor via email it is not guaranteed your approval will come by email........

thanks for replying... so it's the sponsor that gets the AOR not the applicant right? and mostly AOR is via email? I must tell my husband to check his junk mails - it might land there... and will watch out for snail mail too...*praying hard*

yes definitely check the junk mail.......and the aor definitely comes by email if one is issued!!! and it can come at any time of day or night.....mine came 8pm in the evening......LOL

as a matter of fact of yes...some were received last Sunday!!!!! I tell you CIC works in mysterious ways......

Hi Added ...all d best..
In Process will be shown, once you receive the PPR request , then Ecas after few days/months goes in "In process". For some people it doesnt goes in process, u directly get the visa...all d best
