Now, just for me to understand, you have knew about your approval first time when you’ve tracked your Receipt No (IMM-5401 ) through E-CAS. Jul.15th this is when you saw your E-CAS status changed as received your application. Today, you have received sponsorship approval letter sent from CPC-M on 14th July and arrived in Scotland, UK (I assume this is done via normal post).

I am still stuck with no updates as such even my application was received by CPC-M on Jun. 8th /2011. It has been 42 days since then with no updates whats so ever…

Hope to hear some good news soon 8)

Mine was received June 8th as well, glad to know im not the only one still waiting to hear something, makes it less stressful to think they lost it or something.

Hopefully you will all hear (very) soon... The application processing times should be updated today so will be interesting to see how far it's moved on... it was 43 days until I was able to log into ecas...

I received my confirmation of sponsorship approval letter today - Yay - sent from CPC-M on 14th July and arrived in Scotland, UK today...very quick.

Getting impatient waiting. lol. hopefully it's like MDSB where they got approved without email and it showed up on ecas 2 days later. Just hoping were not denied, or missing something or they lost it.

Hi everyone! I was just wondering. Who among you mailed your application via express post or fedex? When my hubby tried to send it through fedex (due to the Canada Post strike), they didn't accept the mailing address written on CIC website (because it was a P.O. Box address). So we had to look for another address of CPC Mississauga and just wrote on the envelope that it was for a Visa Application. We have not received any acknowledgement yet from CPC -M. So we were not sure if they really recieve our application. But the courier said it was delivered on June 22, 2011. Anyone here who has the same experience? Thank you.

Now we just have to wait for the local Visa office
