May I ask if your AEO was approved in Sept last year, why did you send your application in June this year. Seems like you lost a lot of time there.

Hay asmb , yeah first I sent my application on 6th january 2011, cio returnd it by saying , accountant not in list!!! I said wt* this is fsw2 application not fsw1! How come without checking they returnd it back on march, than again my consultant send the application same week explaining this is fsw2 with AEO !! Nothing to do with the list guess what again my application returnd in june they said missing paper!! The employer must give me letter that he will hire me immidiatly once pr issued!! Will I can't blame here cio its my stupid consultant mistake they shd told me regarding this !! That's why I lost 6 months bcus of my agent !! And now my aeo got expired last sep 17!!! I don't no what VO will ask!!waiting for medical and my damn ecas still rbvo!!I think ur ecas in process right? And how many years ur aeo is valid ?

Since ur ecas is in process !! There is big chance soon u rcv ur MR!! My ecas shows this !! Only this since 22 sep,2011. We received your application for permanent residence on June 30, 2011.

oh I see...... That's why I did not use any agency. I attended many free sessions that are held here in Dubai by various agencies and after speaking to some of their consultants I did not see an added value. So i read the CIC website extensively and applied myself. I have the PER but no news after that. What is interesting is that I did not submit a letter as was requested from you. When I asked my employer for it they said they will not make a seperate letter as this is already mentioned in the offer letter and i submitted my offer letter with my application. Hope this won't become an issue with the VO.
My E-CAS shows in process since day one. I can't remember but I think my AEO is valid until 2013. I got my approval in Mid June and I would have applied the same day but then CIO had announced that there will be changes so I waited until July. Luckily I did because it is part of MI3 and has priority over other MI's

Hi ur aeo its for 2 years and others who applied same as my timeline they got for 2 years but mine why one year !! I guess its a luck bad luck!!now matter is I shd get my visa other wise am not eligibe anymore!! Look my friend if in first stage cio didn't botherd abt the letter it seems ur lucky !! Or maybe new checklist don't have this letter request!! Vo will not make any issue simply he will ask for it if he want !! Hi, this is exactly the kind of letter I got on email..... in this forum they call it PER.
Post this there is no news at all. If you are following the July thread, a few have got their MR recently.
Regarding your AEO, i guess if it was valid at the time of application and based on which they sent you this PER, there should not be any problem in your processing. At the most the VO might ask you to submit a fresh letter from your employer. I guess we just have to wait patiently..... which i am finding it very difficult to do so. Also my wife is very anxious about this and we keeping visiting the post box almost everyday.

Hi leon u achaived 12 points which is more than enough ! Mine 8 moderate in each .. I thought first ielts will be a prob but I come to no it depends on vo ! Some members like dreames and drooza was having english prob with vo but still they got medical .. English it not an issue just wait !! Xnista : can u tell us what ur ecas shows now cus mine still rbvo! I thought first maybe its bcus of catogery different that's why timeline is different than I saw asmb he is fsw2 and his ecas in process but the diff is he applied after july with MI 3!

i was just curious and may be expecting better results..........also if vo judges it on the my noc basis, which is sales supervisor for retail store. Anyways, i'll be applying with these results.

Good luck leo, I will apply for caips first week of jan 2012 cus by that time my application will complete 6 months ! Even my address is missing since 19 Dec, I hope something is going on in my file,ecas still shows RBVO, I think I should stop checking ecas everyday cus that makes me crazy !! Hahah
