Hi Guys,
I applied for Federal Skilled Worker, My application received in CIC office Sydney on the 1st, June 2011, My demand draft was cashed on the 17th, June 2011, could anyone tell me what is next??? is my application approved or still it needs to be checked by different departments??

By Draft encashed mean that you application is full and complete with every aspect......now wait at least three month for the file transfer to your visa office Insallah

I need a review of my education score , my total years of education are 17,
Breakdown of my education years:
Secondary 10 years,
Post Secondary 3 years ( I have A Diploma Of Associate Engineer which is equals to Intermediate Science )
Bachelors (3 years Hons)
Masters 1 Year,
Total years of formal education are 17
I gave myself 25 points is that ok????
someone told me that I should have given 22 points to myself for education, Plz share your views & Ideas, I have sent my application & my B D is cashed on 17th of June.

yes i guess so too that u should have got 22 points.but there is nothing to worry as u r saying ur BD is encashed.so 22 or 25 shouldnt matter now !

then bravo !!! u should be happy ! they gave u 25 points !!! since ur BD is encashed that means u qualifies the initial review u shall be hearing soon from them through a PER inshallah

Thanx, i was a bit confused between the scoring some saying 25 & some 22 but B D En cashed does not mean that they have processed ur application, Apparently its an initial process when they just review the application only eligibility will be done after this, God knows the fact,
about ur address mistake my friend got the same problem, they wrote Sulshan Iqbal Instead of Gulshan Iqbal they did not wite the block no as well , he sent the mail to the CIC office from which he got the acknowledgement via e-mail. Regards

It does not mean that if your BD enchached you will get PER. You can see on spred Sheet (rejection sheet) that many got NER after BD enchached there were many reasons that you can see there. But we can pray only for our PER.

Dont worry all will get it soon INSHAHALLAH.

mmmm but u should be hopeful.no one here is from the counsalte or an immigration officer.all talk out of their exoerience.

i took opinion of few consultants they calculated 25 points for me , i GOT 2 HIGH & 2 MODERATE in IELTS , anyway my friend has got an e-mail in which they acknowledged his application but he did not get any letter via post due to writing mistake then he e-mailed them to correct the address he got the prompt response from them, I'll ask my friend the e-mail then send it to u.

my friend's visa office is also London infect everyone from Pakistan has to follow London visa office, u better send them an e-mail or check the website if any confusion.
