CC charged June 21

waiting PER now

You've done a very nice job, i will suggest you take a look at the spread sheet for application after 1/1/2011 to get correct information. first my name on the forum is brav21 and not braw21. also my application was received on the 7th of june and not 8th of june. guess you are exchanging my detail for awai ali whom i can see applied on the 8th of june.

I just put all data I collected about JUNE applicants in google Excel Sheet. there is just a few information about our process since CIO just start process early first step for some of us. please check in the sheet in the link below and let me know If your info is wrong. I will correct it ASAP. My sheet is very simple now and I will build it up step by step when one of us move from one step the new one.

Please let me know if you have any news of your applications which you wish to share to everyone here. I will update it on the sheet so we have more information for everyone.

Just to share information with you that most of March applicant (including me) are with "RBVO" status and very few of us has reached "In Process".

I hope this would help June Applicants to get some idea of timeline concerning post-submission process.

Hi friends, I sent my application in the middle of June and unhapply it arrived one day after cap reached. Since then I got no news from the CIO and I suppose they will send it back due to cap reached. The questions are :

Will they try to charge my cc even if cap reached?
How long it will take to get the doc back to me?

Can I resubmit another application even if I don't know what it's gonna happen to my first package?

they will not charge your card...........
they send application in normal mail so it takes 20 to 30 days...........

The order of the process (as per my understanding) is:

PER (CIO approves the app. & sends it to VO) > RBVO (VO receives it & sends AOR, checks all details > In Process> PPC/MR >VISA.

There can also be interview before MR/PPC or before issuing visa and it can also be deferred (case by case)
