On Dec. 22nd, there were lots of PPRs. However, it matters whether our result will be processed in a few remained days or not. Let's see.
May be we will get reply because I have confirmed the ircc is working during Christmas breaks except weekends and 25th Dec holidays. So let's hope for the best

You are confusing pre pandemic processing with two stage processing, both work differently. Medicals passed under two stage means you cleared stage two. Source : IRCC webinar 17.12.20
no sir i am asking for normal processing not two stage ( as i applied for Jan intake directly )
It can go either way but it's unlikely to be refused if considerate time has passed since refusals follow fast under normal processing.
Then shouldn’t they give BVL the moment we pass our medicals(for people whose medical got updated in December)?
It depends, BVL/OPR is delayed to prevent counterfoil overcrowding, trend shows they are sent in batches & lot of factors are involved.
So if medical gets updated does that mean that the SDS application is now with delhi VO?
Still trying to understand that part, it's a gray area. Usually if the decision is done by the NDVO their address will be mentioned and no address being specified most probably means it was sent from a Canadian visa office ( within Canada ) .
