Hi, I have a question, how can I attach photo and other documents, I completed online account, then print application form took picture and physical presence from do I scan and attach or please give me proper advice. Thank You.asad

On Dec 18, my oath was scheduled for Jan 14, per an online update on the tracker.
On Dec 20, I received the email with instructions. (Online oath, Niagara office)
Yesss !!!

(Citizenship test and language are still not marked complete, but it does not matter for 54+. I just note it so other 54+ don't worry about these not getting updated.)

I guess it really depends on your luck. I have been waiting for prohibitions to complete since Nov 6th

Hi everyone, today I got an update on tracker for oath ceremony on jan 15 but still didn’t get any email.. should I expect it on Monday or what can be the possible reason ?

I had the same worry but I got an email 2 business days after the update. I was planning to contact them if I had not heard a week before the actual ceremony. But it wasn't necessary

Physical Presence completed (extensive back and forth re my time out of Canada and need for a Police Cert from UK……they finally agreed not required).

Our virtual oath ceremony was on December 11, and the signed form was submitted after the ceremony. I tried to download our certificate today, but it says it's unavailable. Our tracker indicates that it is already closed and completed. How long will it take for the certificate to be ready for download?

Usually within 5 business days from the ceremony date. Make sure the file size of the oath form is less than the max size they mentioned in the email. Also, you can try resending it or call them on Monday asking if they received the oath form already. The agent can leave a note on your officer to upload the e-certificate ASAP.

I just received my oath ceremony email. Processing office is Vancouver throughout the entire process.

I wish…..despite FP taken Nov 13 still IP as is BG and Prohibitions! I was rather hoping they would all ’click round’ with my PP….not to be!
