I also got a status update when I logged into my GCKey profile, but when I clicked to read it, there was nothing new. So, I called IRCC to ask about it, and they told me that my eligibility is now passed. For me, under background checks, criminality and info sharing are passed, and security screening is still in progress, but eligibility has been passed.
Any update on your application?

Did your MEP changed to any future date? What I saw from other applicants is that whenever they get a MEP future date, their FD is closer to that future date.

I used the upfront medical results I had taken 2 years ago when applied for a closed work permit. After submitting my application, I received my BIL on August 26. Interestingly, I saw that my medical was marked as passed on August 28, but the actual date shown for it was August 30. So, I'm considering that my medical was officially passed on August 30, rather than the 28th.

Hopefully you receive FD by next week!
