WHen you say service letter? do you mean an actual physical letter sent to principal applicants home?

We applied online. All our communication has been digital so far.
Received an email telling us to login into the IRCC Secure Portal. Where I can see. The Medical Request Letter as a PDF and now this.
The Application Status Tracker portal is separate and doesn’t contain any documents/messages for us.
I applied for my wife online as well July 13 but I cannot see anything on the secure portal only traker I have been using

My Eligibility started 11th April apparently but they updated my status check account and the Eligibility is now showing in progress. Finally some update.
IRCC Secure Portal says today with the date - May 1st, 2024. Your application is in progress. You will receive a message once final decision has been made.
Eligibility shows in progress and Background Check says will send us a message if needed.
The Application Status Tracker shows no changes since my last update.
