Send a webform and inform them change of email, providing your details of the application, UCI no. etc. If you dont have those, attach scanned copy of your passport etc.

How many days did it take for eMedical submission after completing the medical? Did you get email from IOM that eMedical submission? Is it updated on IRCC tracker application as well?
We had the medical test done on the 26th of December, then IOM sent us an email that eMedical submission has taken place on the 29th of December. Then today on the 31st of December I am able to see in the IRCC Secure portal that it is passed with today's date.
In the Application Tracker however, I only saw 2 ghost updates, the first happened on December 27th and then the other happened on the 29th of December. I imagine I will see an actual update during the business week after New Years here.

My wife took medical at IOM Lahore on Novemeber 20, 2023 but I still haven't received any email or update from IOM?
She contacted IOM several time not sure why they are not submitting eMedical?
IOM is awful in communication. The phone lines are useless. Email is the only way.
I had lost hope of actually getting an appointment in the original 30 days and I submitted webform to the Visa Office to let them know that it might take longer than the 30 days. I also complained about IOM in Pakistan as a whole to them.
I am glad that you were able to get your Medical examination done at least.
My wife's medical was done in Karachi. So I have no clue about the specifics in Lahore.
We actually didn't email them after - thought to wait a few days before following up - just when we were thinking of sending an email - they sent us an email letting us know that our results were submitted to eMedical. It did comes as a surprise.
I would suggest double checking the email addresses you're sending an email to. As far as what I've read the Islamabad email address is the one to contact for status updates on eMedical submission. It also sent us a auto-reply when we had emailed, confirming receipt of our email. Have you been receiving the auto-replies?

Which Visa office is your wife's application is being processed at.
We emailed IOM at this email MHDISLAMABAD@iom.int for status but there is no reply.
When we booked appoinment we emailed canmedpk@iom.int and there was auto reply.

Something I noticed even previously, is when you hover or right-click on the Islamabad IOM email address, it actually lists two different 2 email addresses on certain webpages.
Try sending an email with a clear subject line, with bullet points so it can be read quickly. Feel free to include any documents/proof as attachments.
