Hi everyone, I checked the tracker today and it seems that I should receive an email or letter describing how to submit my fingerprint, however, I haven't received such an email or mail(as far as I know and checked). My question is , what should I expect to receive, an email or a letter or depends? Should I wait or should I do something coz I haven't received the email so far, the updat date is two days ago(Sep18th) thanks.

I got an email asking me to submit my fingerprints before I got the update on my tracker. Check your emails again, especially your junk mail!

I received background completed on sept 16, today I got the test invitation updated on my profile and also on email.
Test dates 25 sept onwards.
I did not get any fingerprint request.
Is that standard or random? Does everyone get it?

Not everyone gets a fingerprint request! Be thankful that you aren't one as it slows down the application by about a month it seems!

My wife and I completed the test on Sep2 and our test window was between August 18, 2023 and September 7, 2023. The tracker hasn't updated till now and still shows "In progress". Usually how long will it take ? Is there anyone else having the same issue where the tracker did not update even after 2-3 weeks ?

My background check changed to completed on 13th of September. As I understand that next step is citizenship test,
How many days does it usually take to receive citizenship test invitation after background check completion ?

My wife and I completed the test on Sep2 and our test window was between August 18, 2023 and September 7, 2023. The tracker hasn't updated till now and still shows "In progress". I’m in the same boat did my test on September 6th, still no update. Tracker says “waiting on you”. My window for the test closes tomorrow on the 21st of September. From what I’m seeing -everyone gets updates few days after passing the test so I’m freaking out a bit.

If your background completed without FP, you won't be requested. Its selected few who get it.
